Important information to read before your visit...
-We are located at the bottom of the cobbled hill of Ploughcroft Lane
When coming up the hill- first house on the left
When coming down the hill- last house on the right
-Please open the grey gate and close behind you. Walk up the few steps and immediately turn left to follow the path round the side of the house to the garden where you will find Le petit spa.
*for anyone who cannot manage the steps please let us know in advance so we can open the main gate

-Please park on the cobbled hill road of Ploughcroft lane outside the gate on the opposite side of the road (same side as the other cars are parked on) Please don't block access as we use a shared drive with the house behind us or block the driveway for the house opposite us
-Please try arrive and park up ten minutes before your treatment is due to start so you are ready to walk in on time. Please don't arrive any earlier as we will may still be in therapies and cannot provide a waiting area. We try to be quiet at all times to respect another treatment which may be being carried out.

-As well as cash payment card facilities are available on your visit. If you would like to settle the balance before you visit or on the behalf of someone else, please email us and we will send you an email invoice

-Your therapist you have booked with may be changed to fit our schedules unless you request a certain therapist in the notes on booking your appointment. You can also reply to this email to request you stay with your certain therapist
​
-A deposit is required for all appointments made. These deposits are strictly non-refundable unless re-arranging your appointment day and time at least 48 hours before. This can only be done once before losing your original deposit

-Please bring your gift voucher along to your appointment to be able to redeem it.
-A charge for last minute cancellations and no shows strictly applies. Bookings cancelled with 48 hours will be charged 100% of the total treatment cost.

-When using a gift voucher to book this will act as your deposit. The cost will be taken from the voucher for less than 48 hour cancellations
​
-If your visit includes a pedicure you will need to bring along some flip flops to your appointment to allow your polish to dry fully on your way home
-There is no waiting area at Le petit spa therefore there is no room for other people to wait for you whilst you're in your treatment unless they are having a treatment as the same time with the other therapist.
​
-Arriving late for your appointment might mean it's not always necessary to run over timing due to other clients in after yourself although we always try our best to work around late arrivals.

If you would like to make a booking the easiest way is through the online booking system or send a request through email. this is due to us being busy in treatments most of the time.
all voicemails are also answered within 48 hours.

Deposits are taken for all therapies booked in.
Cancellation policy strictly applies of full charge if an appt is cancelled or moved with less than 48 hours notice

Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any health issues or are pregnant, as this could affect which treatments you may have.

You are not required to bring anything with you to your appointment other than flip flops if you are having a pedicure, although comfortable clothes are advised to put back on after
